- Fixed Hourly Quests (removed PB's monsters).
- Quest from Quest NPC A/B/C now only for 1-29 lv.
- Reduced money rewards for Quest NPC A/B/C quests.
- Added new hourly and 4 hours quests to PAYBOX on Ether Platform for 30-50 lv.
- Added new reward type (PVP Point's).
- Added a special quest line (every 4 hours) to PAYBOX (with new rewards: PVP Points and special boxes with +4 ore's and rare ore's)
