We've brought in three great novelty developer notes that are a key element of RF Online!

- Reworked Ring's and Amulets system;
- Added Rare-1, Rare-2, Rare-3, Rare-4, Rare-5 new boxs with ring's and amulets;
- Removed WK/AK Upgraders from Beast's Land monsters; (not using anymore)
- Added Rare-1 ring's and amulets boxs to Caliana's and Hobo monsters (Ether Platform) (low chance);
- Added Rare-1 ring's and amulets boxs to Novazan Fortress monsters;
- Added Rare-1 ring's and amulets boxs to Beast's Land monsters;
- Added Rare-2 ring's and amulets boxs to Station Dome monsters;
- Added Rare-3 ring's and amulets boxs to Dagan, Dagon, Dagnu;
- Added Rare-3 ring's and amulets boxs to Beast's Land PB's;
- Added Rare-4 ring's and amulets boxs to Station Dome - Immortal Rock Shash;
