Population

Was thinking to increase pop maybe to do a 2x exp weekend or a week. A lot get turned off by these rates, I like it but should be a way to get increased rates by playing/time. How much is premium and is cash shop in game active ?
 
Server still fresh so not many ppl, bells have 4 active and few who are not so much -they waiting for others to join , accs need most ppl right now, about the shop its working no Op stuff there so no pay to win,
 
I go to that thread yes but usually you click a button that takes you to paypal with the account I'm sending money too. I clicked everything on that page and it does nothing. Kinda hard to donate if theres nothing to click or a email I'm suppose to send it too....
 
This has to be the worst setup for donations and help I've ever seen.... I will hold on to my cash until you get better system.
