error buying from cash shop

GM why cant i buy something from cash shop.
i have bought some cash drom donation and when i tried to buy something from cash shop there is an error happening.

thats the message i got after trying again and again. please fix this as soon as possible.

PVP server now in OBT mode, that's why reason cash shop is not available.

by OBT do you mean after several patch this server will be wiped again?
