Got consul but stil can't buy those xp potions

i took a normal 45 bow and the rare 7 to test. then using a normal 45 bow It really looks like to me that the only thing working is the rare system (normal>intense>....>rare-7).

Additional damage not working for 45 rare7 bow. a change of rank 40 to rank 100 (which is what i test) have no perceptible changes on skill/basic attack damage.

After election are done and people get teams by cpt rank if server reset for whatever reason these teams resets too.
